The rooms were great, we had a loft and it was awesome. Balcony was very nice as well. The bathroom and shower were also very nice. One block off the main road so easy walk and they had a nice little parking garage there.

We went to Banff for our 16th wedding anniversary! We brought our 5 year old son with us for his very first time to Banff, and so we selected Peaks Hotel and Suites because Peaks had a suite with a separate area for us to sleep in (a loft bedroom) and a pull out (very comfy!) sofa bed for our 5 year old son to sleep in below. Our room was spotlessly clean, had beautiful amenities, a lovely wee kitchen area with everything we needed, a great bathroom, amazing electric floor-to-ceiling blackout drapes, and the cherry on top was that Banff Ave and all our favourite places were just steps away! We highly recommend Peaks Hotel and Suites!

Wonderful Hotel Experience

Peaks is a perfect stay. It is centrally located in Banff with wonderful restaurants all around. The interior design is impressively tied to the beautiful surroundings and the sister hotel across the street has the best steamroom. I would stay at Peaks again and again…I don’t think it can be beat at the price point.

Such a nice hotel. Safe and very convenient. Also they have such a friendly staff. Their coffee machine in the common area gives you a great tasting coffee. Only thing that bothers me was the missing exhaust fan in the bathroom.

This place is so awesome. Love the layout of the room I was in. Have everything that you need. The hotel is well located in downtown Banff, so really close walking of restaurant and shopping.

Very nice hotel, good location, close to shops/restaurants, however, cleaning needs to be thorough, crisps and nuts found under sofa in junior suite we had upgraded to. The bathroom does not need 2 entrances as this restricts amount of room that could have been utilised. Also booked a standard room with 2 queen beds with no issues.

Somethings always special about this new property. Always something interesting here. Overall happy with getting early check in and parking at 1pm and housekeeping staff very friendly. The shower was a bit on weak side getting the water to be super hot, but the bed is comfortable and view is nice. Overall it’s a great stay.
