The staff are accomodating and helpful. The room we got is clean and roomy for 4 people. I would recommend this to friends who plan to visit Banff. The thing that I love is it’s location. There is a nearby IGA supermarket.

Loved our stay.
Everything was very nice. Check in attendant was very nice.. we arrived in town about 1pm but she found a room that was ready so we were able to get settled and then enjoy the area.. The hotel is right in town and so convenient for walking to dinner and browsing thru the lovely shops. The king bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. The bathroom had lots of towels and the shower was hot and had great pressure. We were happy with our stay!

We were staying for a short getaway from the city. I would have given a higher overall score, however on the Friday morning before 9:00am there was a lot of noise outside of our room. Only to find out that there was a full blown band class happening in the atrium across the hall from us! needless to say we were less than thrilled with that as we were hoping to have a lazy quiet morning. And this made it less than ideal for that. We were not warned at check in that this would be going on across the hall from our room on Friday morning. We ended up having a more rushed morning to get out of the hotel before the band got really going!
