Very clean room everyday. Mihal our waiter each day for breakfast was amazingly friendly. Bonus was the free bus pass for all the attractions in Banff. Would recommend this hotel.

Room was great - big, clean. However it was 25°C in the room when i arrived, in December. Despite turning off the heat, opening windows, and using the provided fan, the temp went up to 28.5°C. I had a horrible sleep. In the morning I had to put the A/C on to cool it down enough to pack up and put my ski gear on without sweating buckets. Not sure I'd stay here again, even with a great price and location.

Clean room, staff were efficient. Small room to be a pet friendly room. My only complaint would be when I was trying to book the room I wanted. The rooms did not state which were pet friendly. So as it was a pet friendly hotel I chose a room I wanted and was denied it after I received confirmation on booking it. I then was told to cancel my room and choose a different one in hopes it was still available at that time.
