Great veiws, decent price, wood fire places inside with free unlimited fire wood which was awesome great outdoor hottub and pool with mountain veiw real lack of parking was the only real downside as it was first come first serve freeforeall for all stalls other then that fully enjoyed our stay had a blast in banff

We've stayed here several times as it suits our family of 5... Lots of room, public transportation nearby and included, kitchen for snax and meals if we want. The pools have a terrific view, tho can get crowded. We'll stay again

Amazing location, top notch service, staff is super nice and helpful. The rooms are a bit run down, definitely not from the most recent renovation. Everything else is just GREAT. Also to mention there is a free-of-charge bus shuttle to the city and the fairmont. Instead of paying overpriced parking, this is a great option.

Great hotel! They accommodated 5 adults, a toddler and 2 dogs. The dog bed they provided were super comfy and cute. The rooms were clean and the beds were so comfortable. The only downside was that the bottom of the stove was broken and hanging on and the cutlery holder in the drawer was dirty. Other than that, I'd be back in a heart beat!
