Great hotel. We love coming here with our baby and dog. There is space for everyone to be comfortable. We love the hot tub and view. The bus is very convenient and it is nice the hotel offers bus passes.

The room was great. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was clean. Staff at the front were wonderful. The only thing that was a bit distwas whoever was in the room above us had kids that were running back and forth until 11pm. The thumping sounds were annoying. But the is not Hidden Ridges fault

The fireplace in the lodge was really nice. We enjoyed the hot tub but the jets didn’t work at all and the sauna wasn’t hot. The room was clean but had a smell of smoke bc of the fireplace. Loved the easy access to transportation downtown. Secluded enough but close to town. We enjoyed our stay :)

Our room was extremely smokey (it had a real fireplace in it, which we didn't use because we didn't want to make the room more smokey) and all of our luggage smelled for days afterwards and I had to re-wash all of our laundry when we got to our next lodging. We tried to air-out the room, but it was too cold to sleep with the windows open at night. A lot of the amenities had 'Out of Order' signs on them including the jets for one of the hot tubs and half of the laundry machines. You can't beat the view from the outdoor hot tub, which was our main motivation to book this hotel.

This resort is great and I'll definitely stay again. The room was spacious and allowed family members to have privacy and alone time. The kitchen helped so much as we didn't need to go out for expensive meals. Only complaints are the dishwasher rack didn't work well, toilet didn't flush well, fridge didn't stay closed, and can be hard to get parking next to your room.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Our condo was very dirty, with visible grime on the kitchen cupboards and doors, the carpet was filthy. When I went to preheat the oven, I found a half-eaten pizza left from a previous guest. We enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub and tried not to be bothered by the dirt. As a group of 7 our accommodation options in Banff are limited. I was disappointed as we recalled Hidden Ridge fondly. It seems that upkeep is lacking on what was a great place.

I didn't like that the parking was not necessarily outside your unit, we had to find other spots around the resort a few times. the bathroom was a little dark needed more light, front staff very friendly, location was close to downtown Banff

Not a friendly front desk agent at check in. Room had not been cleaned from previous guest. Snow not shoveled from steps. Not very apologetic when told about the room not being cleaned from previous guest. Asked to send someone to help us move our stuff to the room they moved us to. Was told they have nobody to help. New room had long hair from previous guest on bathtub. Other shower was pretty dirty around the shower door.

Hidden Ridge is a beautiful property and maintained well on the exterior. The interiors need an upgrade. The premium deluxe condo was terrific, but the deluxe condo we moved into later looked a bit worn. Nonetheless, with the small kitchens and dining areas, it was a great stay.
