Everything was fine with the room, we went to Banff to celebrate our 25th anniversary, and they even give us a bottle of wine 🍷 🍷 it was so sweet of them. Customer service was great, and the option of indoor parking was excellent 👌

This hotel had a nice pool and hot tub. The rooms are a bit dated but it made it kind of charming and rustic, the perfect feel for a mountain town like Banff. We had a balcony with a couple of chairs that was a really nice touch. The room was spacious and absolutely SPOTLESS. For older finishes there wasn’t a speck of dirt or dust in any nook or cranny. The toiletries are AMAZING! They use Rocky Mountain Soap Company toiletries. They were lemongrass so they smelled amazing, weren’t harsh on my skin and made my hair feel amazing. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. One side note: trucks don’t fit in the underground parking. There were parking spots behind the hotel but if you are staying at this hotel and expecting to park in the underground parking that is included you won’t be able to.

The room was clean an comfortable. The staff were kind and attentive. We didn't have a kitchen but had coffee in the room. It would have been nice if the restaurant in the hotel was open, however, it was closed during out stay. Coffee was however available in the lobby. The hot tub was nice and relaxing.

3rd time staying at The Rundlestone. Good Price, comfortable. But as we have noticed in the past the Front Desk staff are the most disinterested Hospitality people we have come across. This morning at check out the gentleman was down right rude. He was talking to another staff member and did not acknowledge us at first but then looked up at us and said" Yeah" We said we were checking out, emailed us our invoice and basically that was it. No inquiring about our stay etc. Having said that the rest of the staff, maintenance and housekeeping, are quite friendly. There are a lot of other choices in Banff, great price, amenities and service.This is the last time we will stay at the rundlestone.
