We spent 5 nights here at the start of our 10 day trip. The staff was amazing. I received a notification from Expedia mid flight saying the card of file for the hotel was declined to please call the hotel. I called as soon as we landed in a panic(we still had a 5 hour drive) and the staff member was super nice and said he would make a note but no need to worry it can be handled when we arrive.
A few things to note about the property itself. Parking is not included there is a underground lot you can pay per day to use or free street parking behind the hotel. Also the balcony have very little privacy just a heads up you can see directly down the row of 3 or 4 connecting rooms when sitting out so we didn't utilize ours as much as I had hoped when booking the room.
Breakfast was great everyday and included. Good variety and the area was very clean. Cleaning services everyday did a great job. The amenities are perfect especially if you are spending your days hiking. Hot tub, sauna and cold plunge! Plus fire pits and places to sit.
Overall we had a fantastic stay and would recommend just be prepared to pay for Parking and have limited to no privacy on your balcony.
