Phenomenal stay my partner and I were in love. Room was spacious, amenities were phenomenal. Banff is beautiful and Canoe felt like a cut above, hot tub was really hot and well maintained. The tea and concierge services were a really nice touch.

We loved everything about hotel Canoe! Visited with my husband and two teenage children. The staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were spacious and super clean and we had a beautiful view. Location was great and an easy walk to downtown Banff Ave. Delicious breakfast on their onsite restaurant, Suddenly Sally, and the hot tubs were a great way to unwind at the end of the day. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Canoe and Suites in mid-January 2026 for my birthday. We had mountain view rooms with individual patios and fireplaces. The rooms were spacious and newly renovated. We had breakfast and dinner/munchies at Sudden Sally, which was convenient. We would definitely choose to stay again.

Hotel was beautiful and great overall. However, the beds were hard as a rock and whatever mattress protector they put on them was so loud whenever you moved, like a kids plastic sheet.

Staff were courteous and welcoming. The grounds were gorgeous and spotless. Our room was spacious and the views spectacular. Loved the hot pools. The in room coffee experience was lovely, as was the cafe downstairs in the lobby. Would highly recommend.
