Canmore Rocky Mountain Inn
"This was our 2nd time staying at the property. We traveled a long distance and enjoyed Canmore and Banff this time around. We were on the 2nd floor and unfortunately there was only stair access to the elevator from our room so using a trolly to pack up was not an option so we had to make a number of trips to our car to pack up. When asked about it no one offered help in any way just said sorry. Accessibility at any hotel should be a top priority. Quiet rooms, the balcony is nice. Beds are comfortable and the AC worked amazing in the hot temperatures."
