Friendly staff, good location with a beautiful view. They are incredibly dog friendly - providing dog treats and a toy, and having an outdoor stair access easy for dog walks. They are also located right on a walking trail. We have stayed here before and definitely will be booking again.

Check-in was fast, friendly, and efficient, but when we got to the room it was freezing cold inside. Someone had left a window open and the heater was turned off. It took a while to get the room temperature to a comfortable level. Other than that, everything was good. Nice and clean. The coffee/tea station near the front desk is a nice touch!

Mountain view was awesome, room was clean and staff was really kind! The buffet does cost 8.99 for an adult but is good to have instead of having to find somewhere else to go! Great stay!

Great venue, our only complaint was the bed. It slide away from the wall constantly and didn’t seem to have enough support from below so you constantly rolled into the centre. Breakfast buffet was a great value. Staff were super friendly

We originally booked 4 nights with a railway view, but the trains run all night and were too noisy for us. We requested a room change to a street view with extra charge, whichjj was better. However, on two nights we were woken up by noises from the corridor that lasted about 30 minutes. We mentioned this to the receptionist and asked for suggestions, but did not receive any response till the day we left. We did enjoy the pool and hot tub, but this hotel may not be the best choice for light sleepers.

The room was clean, but we found it small and old. The bathroom is extremely small and dated, we haven't seen a toilet that low and that small in 20 years. Hotel is grossly overpriced, even for Canmore.
