The staff was great, at the front desk and the cleaners. The room was wonderful, the views amazing. The pool and slide provided hours of entertainment for our granddaughter. Wonderful location. It was easy to get to shops, trails or Hwy 1. We’d love to come back! Canmore Inn made our first trip to Banff National Forest very memorable and relaxing!!

Very friendly, nice, and quiet. Nice riverwalk within a few minutes' drive around the Canmore Engine Bridge. Easy and fast access to the highway, Banff was only about 20-30 mins. The pool area was clean. I mixed up the checkout date but they were able to accommodate and added a day at a reasonable price. I would certainly recommend it for cleanliness and distance from Banff and other close by attractions.

Nice place to stay, staff was great from check in to check out- especially since i am diabetic and needed a freezer for my medicine gel packs and they accommodated me without hesitation. Housekeeping was awesome, they made our beds every day and took out our trash and gave clean towels every day when we didn't expect them too with our stay. However, one bed was wonderful, and the other bed was clearly breaking down. I could feel the springs in it and my husband, and I would roll to the center of the bed because of its mattress issue. our daughter had the good bed.

A Worn Out Property At A High Price

The Front Desk and Breakfast Buffet Service were excellent. The price for the “All You Can Eat “ Breakfast Buffet was a good deal. The Room Service was so bad that I had to speak to management about it: Late, crummy and lousy. The cost per room for this worn out hotel property could only be demanded due to its proximity to Banff.

We had booked a double bed, room. The size of these rooms is very small. So, if a family of 4 arrives with their luggage, there will be no room to move about. Breakfast service was excellent, but of course you pay for it.
