The Space:
Canal front living at its best! Enjoy an amazing experience and the ultimate getaway at this spacious home with screened in pool enclosure, hot tub, private dedicated dock for your boat and jet ski's, pool floats, beach chairs and a dedicated neighborhood beach walkover!

THE BASICS: The layout of this home is perfect for one or two families or a group of friends that like their privacy! The second floor includes the living area, kitchen, master bedroom, second bedroom (with 2 twin beds) and 2 bathrooms, plus a back patio area with stairs that lead down to the pool enclosure. The downstairs floor has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, with access to the garage and slider door access directly out on to the back patio with pool and hot tub. Linens and towels are included.

THE LAYOUT: This home has a solid 4/3 layout:
Master Bedroom: On 2nd Floor with queen bed and an en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a walk in shower and jacuzzi tub.
Guest Bedroom 1: On 2nd Floor with 2 twin beds.
Guest Bedroom 2: On 1st Floor with queen bed.
Guest Bedroom 3: On 1st Floor with queen bed.
Guest Bathroom 1: On 2nd floor with shower/tub combo.
Guest Bathroom 2: On 1st floor with shower/tub combo.

THE DOCK AND PROPERTY: Enjoy a personal dedicated dock for your family to park their boat, jet ski's, or rent fishing poles and catch dinner! There are two outdoor seating areas, one upstairs and one downstairs. There is a small outdoor fire pit that can be used (guests provide their own fire wood). The indoor fireplace is strictly decorative.

FAMILY FEATURES: This home has family friendly features, like 3 bathtubs, a pack n play, and a baby gate at the top of the indoor stairs. There are kid-friendly books and board games provided, as well as pool floaties!

FOR THE BIG KIDS: For the adults, enjoy the wine cooler in the kitchen to perfectly prepare your wine for enjoyment after a long day at the beach, then slip into the hot tub to wind down :). Cook up dinner for everyone on the electric grill!

TO THE BEACH: The neighborhood beach access can be walked to within 10-12 minutes. You do have to cross over A1A but there is a street crosswalk for safety. It is a 3 minute drive to the drive-on beach access at Mary Street.

DOWNTOWN ACCESS: ALL of this, AND you are just a 20 minute drive from all of downtown St. Augustine's offerings, like The Lighthouse, Alligator Farm, Ice Plant, Castillo de San Marco, Ripley's Believe It or Not, the Pirate Museum, Colonial Quarter, various ghost, food and drinking tours, Flagler College, The Lightner Museum, St. George Street, shopping, food and fun!

LAUNDRY SERVICE: We have laundry machines in the house but on vacation, it's up to you if you want to do laundry at all! If you would like to partake, our brand new commercial laundromat The Queen's Laundry is offering pick up and drop off wash-dry-fold service to the St. Augustine area. The cost is per pound and they will work out payment with you directly. They simply ask for 1 day's advanced notice for a pickup request and a 24 hour turnaround time for completing and returning your laundry. Ask us for more information!

SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $99. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire home. Please make yourself at home!

Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car for your stay. If you prefer to travel by bicycle or would just like to rent them for fun, check out Drifters for drop off/pick up bike rentals.

Other Things to Note:
Jacuzzi attached to the pool is not heated. The unattached hot tub is heated at 99 degrees.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

LOST AND FOUND ITEMS: We charge a $50 minimum to ship forgotten items, which must be paid in advance. For heavier items, we ask that you pre-pay the $50 and we will acquire any additional shipping cost and bill this to you accordingly + 25% service fee.

Interaction with Guests:
I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self checkin upon arrival.
