Property is attractive and clean. Had multiple issues with getting into my room due to problems with the key card reader. Depending on whom you speak with, the answers vary from this never happens to its old and needs to be replaced. Since i witnessed it happen to 2 others, it needs an upgrade. Sink in bath was backed up and repair was handled quickly. After multiple issues, we were moved to another room. Many hotels in the area include free parking and breakfast. This had neither. Will look to stay elsewhere on my next trip to the area.

Room was clean and the hotel is convenient to the tour trolley. The bar/restaurant unfortunately doesn't have enough staff to provide food on a timely basis but would be OK for a drink.

I'm sorry we did not meet your expectations for the restaurant. Most area restaurants are closing a couple days a week to better serve guests due to the lack of staffing however we cannot follow the same trends. We are open 7 days a week for breakfast and dinner and have been doing the best we can to accommodate guests under the circumstances. We have been adding additional staff as possible while also building a menu that everyone will love. Please bear with us during these difficult times. Thank you for your rating..
