"This hotel is in an older less desirable area of town, but with a big plus..., it is conviently located on 3 frequently serviced inexpensive practical bus routes, which provide easy fast convient connections to the SAT airport, downtown (Riverwalk) ,or Freeman Colliseum ,and only a short walk from a grocery store ,dollar tree, dollar general, and several fast food and mexican resteraunts. Part of the facility appears to be newly renevated,perhaps new, the other area,and lobby, could stand improvement...,but the staff are great and are doing their best to grow the property and their reputation That being said, ..when booking, i strongly DO reccommend accepting the upgrade(s) they suggest. Doing so will probably put you in the new area , where you should find extremely clean comfortable beds, fridge, microwave, spacious shower, desk, and infasruture to support your stay. I also reccommend NOT walking here iafter 9pm.(Bus was ok)"

"The staff were friendly & helpful. The room was very clean. The area where the facility is located is industrial & right next to the I410 & I10 which facilitates going anywhere. There are a few fast food places nearby & at least 2 good Mexican restaurants with authentic cuisine at reasonable prices. Were the facility is lacking is that the tub/shower was very slippery making the taking of showers a bit dangerous for older folks like us. The continental breakfast didn’t really contain any breakfast type items, but the coffee was good. There was no coffee maker in the room, but did have microwave & mini fridge. The bed is a bit high off the floor which made it a bit difficult for my 5’ tall wife to get in & out of. They are pet (we have a Jack Russel) friendly at a very minimal fee compared to others in the area."

"We have been booking this hotel for the past 4 years. It serves its purpose for stay a few days. Needs to be updated but still is ok to stay at. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Convenient to alot of facilities."
