"I will never stay here again. I have stayed here twice already for work, but the second time has gotten me to finally just write a review. You're paying a good bit for breakfast that isn't good. At that point you're forced to buy from the cafe next to check in. The rooms smell and furniture is falling apart, couches felt unclean exactly like how a motel would leave them. It was like this the first time I stayed as well. Shower gets so hot that you could burn yourself. (It's the smallest adjustment of the knob to go from cold to scorching hot.) The morning I was leaving, that was not the first thing on my mind just waking up and ended up burning myself when I stepped in and ended up slipping and twisting my ankle. I only addressed it to the front desk to make sure they know that their water was capable of physically scorching people. A very young staff just dismissed me being sarcastic about how the shower works like I was an idiot who didn't know how water works. Another lady wrote down my name so she could "address it to the manager" later which I know she wouldn't so I don't know why she would waste both our times. This isn't exactly on the hotel but it is very noisy in general in the evenings and the hotel seems to have events pretty late or people returning from events. Children were screaming and running up and down the halls. It felt like there was a party right outside my room every night."

"Everyone was kind and the staff was easy to speak with. We had a great stay. My only complaint is the pool water was not clear. It is an indoor pool so with that being said I will say I did not expect it to be crystal clear due to the humidity. However, I could not see my feet when submerged in the pool. The water was too merky and it grossed me out. The room was well kept and clean upon arrival. No weird smells or dirty areas that we could see. The air unit worked wonderfully and kicked on as soon as it was turned on. Shower water was nice and hot. The trash bags within the room were cheaply made, as two of our bags got holes in them and had to be double bagged. I would stay again, but I probably won’t swim in the pool. Granted it is the middle of summer (the busiest pool time) so I understand it is much harder to maintain during these months."
