The breakfast was not what they said it was. The room was dirty we had to change our own beds. The pool was very dirty till we raised cane about it and of course I have to tell the person who’s in charge of it. Every night there was people outside laughing talking loud above us they must of slept during the day and ran around all night very loud vehicles. I wouldn’t stay there again

This was a huge disapointment. We had high expectations based on the price, reviews and photos which must be 10 years old. The pool was very dirty. We had 2 rooms, one had such a strong cigarette smell that we had to change it. There were urine stains all around the toilet, which barely flushed. Also unknown stains all over the carpet. I would be more forgiving of these things if it wasn't so expensive for a night. Breakfast was pretty good but the attendant struggled to keep up with restocking the food.

First stay here. Booked a triple queen bed room, upon check-in was given a room near back of hotel when hotel was virtually empty, arrived at room and could see thru window the room had not been cleaned as beds looked like someone had just checked out.. returned to front desk and was given a new room by office. Room was clean and recently updated! Rest of stay was good!

This place is great when you need 3 queen beds in one room. Works great for families. Outdoor pool is nice. Consider bringing your own towels if you can; they sometimes run out. Breakfast is decent & filling, but definitely eat in the secondary dining room off of the lobby. The room with the food in it gets hot and crowded. This place is close to Olive Garden and Andy’s, two of our favorite places to eat. Affordable and safe.

The staff was great, I loved the triple queen bed rooms and I got a great price! But, the rooms need to be updated badly, the beds are lumpy and not at all comfortable, the bathroom sinks are cracked and don’t look cleanable, the outside of the motel also has maintenance issues. I have tried this Motel 3 times now and it seems like each room gets worse, some rooms are in better shape than others.

The check in was fast, the women at the lobby wasn’t the nicest and didn’t have great customer service skills. Upon arriving the location looked clean, once I got inside the room I noticed a few things. The room reeked of cigarette smell, the carpet was disgusting and everything was outdated. The outside had a few people sitting down smoking cigarettes and marijuana and the smell would go through the AC unit which honestly gave my family a headache. There were very loud people outside past midnight talking super loud so I was not able to sleep well that night. I also called the front desk for extra towels as they are very stingy with how many towels they put up and no one ever answered the phone. Overall I will NEVER book here again, you definitely get what you pay for so people be very cautious!!! My recommendation is to PLEASE HAVE A DESIGNATED SMOKING AREA and DEEP CLEAN THE ROOMS!!!

Arrived around 1:00 return at 3:15 around 45 minutes before the 4 o’clock check in time. No one in the entire place said room wasn’t ready had an event to attend told them I wouldn’t be back until late. Got back only a janitor was at the front desk couldn’t work the computer very well. Had me down as a no show. Finally got into the room the clock and the TV didn’t work. Will never go back again! And will tell everyone I know thinking about going to Branson to avoid!
