So the check in was fine, no problem. I went to take a shower and the handle came right off in my hand. Commode seat was not either tightened down or was broke. Had to hold while using to keep from turning aside. Plug ins were loose and wouldn't hardly hold to keep things plugged in. Part of curtains were not hooked. Pillows need replaced. I have NEVER stayed where you had to reuse your towels and washcloths. No housekeeper to clean room in 3 days we were there. Will not stay here again.

The property is older and needs updating, but is very clean and the front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating! We’ve stayed before and I remember the breakfast being much better a year or so ago! Despite the breakfast being disappointing, I would definitely stay again!

Favorite Spot

This is our go to spot for Branson. We love the rooms with three beds! The beds are always comfy, rooms clean ans we enjoy the continental breakfast visits with the other guests. The staff is always friendly. The hotel is nestled in the perfect spot in Branson for getting to SDC or getting around thr major traffic on the main street.

This is a very good room for the price. The staff is always so kind and customer service oriented. This stay is perfect for somebody who is not looking to spend a lot of time in their room and enjoy the surrounding areas.

I recently stayed at this motel for two nights. While the staff was courteous, I did encounter some cleanliness concerns. During my stay, I noticed one bed bug and one cockroach per day, totaling two of each. This suggests a need for improved pest control services. Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness is essential for guest comfort, and I believe there is room for improvement in this area. I hope management takes the necessary steps to address these issues, as the motel has the potential to provide a much better experience.
