A young lady worked in the front desk. It was just horrible, absolutely. No customer service. The qualities about her and all she was just mean and rude

There was a young lady early 20s that worked the counter in the mornings and she was rude and disrespectful in so many ways. She had the absolute reason. Rudest and most horrible attitude.

Rooms were clean and breakfast was very good. Staff was very efficient and helpful Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. We reserved two rooms. Both were handicap rooms. We had another couple traveling with us. We always help the other couple, because he has to use a walker at all times. The room numbers were 106 and 160. We had to use a car to go back and forth instead of having them close to us. They were at one end of the building and we were at the other. We asked for a change at check in, but were told we couldn't change.

AC was off upon arrival and smells were strong at first but was bearable. Possibly mold was the smells. Bedbug found crawling on pillow the second morning of our stay. Otherwise it is an older property, appearance is clean, quiet. Breakfast was good.

We absolutely love Angel Inn Near IMAX and stay there as often as we can. We were amazed by the renovations they have done recently to the rooms. I sleep as good if not better in their beds than my own bed at home.

We stayed here in 2024 and the experience was better. This year - the room may have been updated, but the beds were super uncomfortable. My feet were black from walking barefoot on the floor. Part of the coffee maker was missing. The updating stopped at the bathroom. The sink was cracked, the corners of the frame were breaking, the towel holder was not attached, the soap dispenser in the shower was empty, the edges of the floor in the shower were not clean, the water pressure was nil, and there was something splattered on the ceiling tile. I received a welcome text and asked if we needed anything. I asked for a luggage rack to put a suitcase on for my MIL. I never did receive a response. I asked at the front desk and was told they didn't have any. I asked for a Branson map - they didn't have any. Upon checking out - there was no "how was your stay" or "thank you for staying", or any pleasantry. I said we were checking out and the response was "ok". I asked for a receipt, and was told since we booked through a 3rd party, we had to get it there. We'll stay elsewhere next time.

While I've stayed at the motel a couple of times, this visit was disappointing. The mattress in Room 124 was a piece of garbage! I barely weigh over 100 pounds and I sunk soooo far down into the mattress, you couldn't even call it soft! I had to get them to pull out the sofa sleeper so I had a firm surface to sleep on and could actually get some sleep! Awful experience!

Our room had a musk smell. It was dark and gloomy. The carpet was very stained and appeared dirty. We had to ask for more toilet paper etc. We were there 4 days and housekeeping came one time. I felt like they could have given us a better room.

Very friendly staff, comfortable beds, and amazing price. The only issues we had was with the bathroom in our room. The towel rack on the wall was falling out of the wall when we got there. Once we showered and went to place a damp towel on the rack, it just came right out of the drywall. Needs a small repair. The drain cap on the sink needed to be tightened as well.
