I checked in Wednesday - Monday. I never asked them to clean or anything until Saturday I asked for them to change the linens. When I went to the room they never changed them but used the same and folded the dirty towels. I tripped the bed and went to check out. The lady at the front desk, her name is Tores offered to clean up the room. I told her not to because that's not her job. She then went to head of housekeeping, then someone came and told me they don't change the linens if you don't ask and they don't vacuum. They then changed the linens and vacuumed. I might stay there again but not for more than a day or two. They didn't have options for breakfast.

After I spent two hours booking the room and then I get there they tell me they do not run within a 60 mile radius that is not posted before you decide to book a room. I think every hotel should just show their policy. I’m a diabetic my wife has epilepsy and we had to sit in the car for two or three more hours before we got into another room. I’m very disappointed and I do feel like I should have a free room given to me for all the time I spent but Willow only time will tell I guess.

Great location

We stayed at rhis hotel for a soccer tournament. The room was spacious and the staff was accommodating. The location was great. We will stay there again.

We werent allowed to check in, as we lived 30miles out, they dont rent to you unless your 60miles away. If this is policy, its fine! Whats not fine is there should be something stating this when booking. As we take a weekend to trips into spf often. The problem is again there should be something somewhere stating this when booking. Weve never had this issue locally before but we usually stay at one of the Hiltons, Anglers Inn, Oasis, & Vandivort. So we traveled over 60miles round trip for no reason. It should be on the site, or somewhere when booking.

Just okay - nothing fancy but did the job

I have stayed here before when the outside pool was open and had an okay experience so tried it again. It was “okay”. This time the front desk lady was not very friendly. She did the job okay, but certainly not overly friendly. In fact probably a bit on the rude side. Just very different than how usual check in processes go. The hotel is in need of some paint jobs and new carpeting. But we just needed a bed and a decent breakfast and it was good for that. It was one of the cheaper hotels so went with it. Breakfast: both hot and cold options but not tons of options. Workout room - no weights, one old treadmill and then 3 newer pieces - treadmill, Elliptical and bike. Nothing fancy again but got the job done. I would stay again, but honestly the front desk lady was a little off putting so probably won’t because of that.

We had to put towels down on the floor because we didn’t dare walk without them. The room stunk, dirt and dust everywhere. Very gross!!! Stains on the floor and seats. YUCK!!!

The pool was not open. The fitness area has an elliptical stepper, treadmill, and bike. The guest laundry machines could use some TLC (need cleaned).

Rooms were not ready at check in time- waited for a half an hour and only one room became ready. (Had 2 reserved) Asked to get both paid for and checked in so that the other guests could just get the keys when they arrived later, trying to speed up their process knowing it would be late and they would have small children with them. When they came later they gave them key cards to our room- where we were sleeping. So not only did the earlier delay cause us to be late to a family celebration and delay its start, the fiasco later disrupted our sleep and caused our granddaughter to get upset over the disruption of now wanting to sleep in our room instead of with her parents. And the TV did not work properly in the room and there was only decaf coffee stocked.

This was a quick in and out for us, so we did not use any of the amenities and left before breakfast, but it's the second time we've stayed there. The staff is kind and courteous, the rooms and common areas are clean and quiet, and the value is high for the price. The hotels.com email had the wrong address for the hotel, so you might want to confirm!
