This property needs some work; the room's bathroom was quite worn, in addition to the carpet, the room chairs, and benches. (The chair had visible stains on it and the bench had its vinyl ripping off in sections. Shower also had stains in it.)
The bed sheets were clean, but definitely aged; the bed was not at all firm. The room lights were extremely dim, and flickered a bit.
Housekeeping took a gratuity after the first of two nights, but did not replace any towels or straighten up the bed, or even empty the trash. This is a basic room maintenance issue and it wasn't done.
The room was less expensive than other area hotels, and there was absolutely serviceable in terms of cleanliness (if you wear shower shoes), but just not comfortable. I was in an out as quickly as possible, and just used it to sleep and shower, and that was okay. But it was not a place I could easily be comfortable in.
Hotel staff were friendly and nice.
