One of the travelers ended up with the flu and didn't make the trip. in the past the staff was very understanding and would work with me on canceling extra room. This time was different, lady at desk stated nonrefundable and very cold about wanting to work with us on issue. Next stay will be at the Drury

The bed was pretty comfortable, room was as described, and the breakfast was good. The only negative thing was we were really looking forward to using the hot tub but, there were people just sitting around it and not actually using it. They were situated in such a way that we couldn't get close to get in.

The staff are in particular absolutely superb at this hotel. From a warm friendly welcome at the front desk to incredibly helpful and friendly staff in the breakfast room. That’s even before I say what a fantastic hotel it is to stay at.

Everything was perfect. Nice staff. Clean and wonderful breakfast. Would stay here again. Right across street is Bass Pro and Wonders of the Wild. Nice pool and hot tub in the same building. Worth every penny.
