The front desk guy was super cool when my husband and i checked in for our honeymoon and offered to put us in a different room when i had discovered the maid hadn't cleaned the tub or toilet in our garden suite. If i didn't already clean hotels for a living i'd be super grossed out and accepted the room change but front desk dude was nice and let me use some cleaner.

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. I am sorry to here about the missed tub and toilet in your room. Normally my housekeeping is really good about getting everything, however a miss like that is unacceptable. I will be addressing this with the proper people.

I didn’t like the fact that my room was right by a hall door which Slammed every time someone walked in or out, so it kept me up all night.

Was told at the desk that since we were going to the hospital in Springfield, if we had called the hotel instead of booking on Travelocity that the rate would have been 55.00 per night instead of the 85.00 we were billed through Travelocity. When asked why we couldn't get refunded, they said that we booked on line, not through them. Poor situation. They do not advise Travelocity of the Hospital discount for their customers.

I liked that the rooms had refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Not to happy with room condition, it smelled of mildew, carpet was not throughly vacuumed, hair on one of the towel. It was ok. Could be better.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at its not clean, on top of that they advertised a room that couldn't in anyway match up to the advertisement. On top of that Jared the hotel clerk refuses to give you a check out slip how does anyone checking out from a place not get a check out slip to very. You get one so that if theirs ever a discrepancy you have a trail to prove it...jared alsoefuzed to give Anything posoto Qefuzed to.give a
