This was our first time staying at a Vib hotel and it certainly will not be the last. The Springfield, Mo location exceeded our expectations in every aspect. We were only in town for one night so the cozy room was not an issue for us. Everything was sparkling clean, the room was nice and cool on a hot day, most importantly the bed was clean and comfortable! tthe area to have drinks and hang out at the bar was very nice as well. The bartender was friendly and gave us recommendations of things to do close by and was great company while we were at the bar. The only negative is that the surrounding area is a little sketchy, but we didn’t have any issues at all. I highly recommend staying here!!

Most terrible and awkward shower experience I’ve ever had at a hotel- moldy shower drain that stunk up the whole room, shower curtain was 3x too large for the shower and kept wrapping around my legs, no grab bar, rain shower head too large for size of shower, hose came out as a trickle. It was comically bad. The only saving grace of this stay was the average breakfast (that wasn’t advertised online). Save your money and go stay at a regular best western location.

Zero issues with my stay

First impressions are very important and I was very impressed with this place. I was just passing through for the night and needed a place to stay, this place already had good reviews and I can see why. The staff at check in were amazing and very courteous. The property seems well kept up. My room very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Had a great nights sleep with zero issues. Great choice of stay!
