Upon arrival clerk could not find my reservation which I made through Travelocity. I showed her confirmation and she said since it didn’t show on her end she couldn’t honor my reservation. I pressed and pressed and eventually after 20 minutes or so she called someone on the phone and gave me a room. Additionally, when I got to the room there was no heat and currently it is 25 degrees outside. We we so tired from a huge day a of driving we just bundled up with extra clothing and went to bed.

Love this hotel! Comfortable, reasonably priced, great staff! Only drawback, as with all hotels, low flow showerheads! But overall, 9/10!

It is one of our favoritr hotels in Springfield! The staff are fantastic, the rooms are clean, comfy beds, roomy showers, fridge, microwave, etc. Just a really nice place to stay that is reasonably priced.

The hotel is newer, a little overshadowed by its bigger neighbors, but it was very nice, very well-appointed, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and well-supplied, and the staff were very courteous, even to the crabby guest complaining about the lack of biscuits! Honestly, if your day is going to be ruined because of your need for a biscuit despite there being at least 5 other kinds of breakfast breads, maybe your issues are bigger than one hotel can fix. We were very impressed and would definitely stay here again.
