Liked being able to park right outside our street level room. A bit older style but clean. TV had no signal, called front desk & they sent someone in less than 5 min who found the former occupants must have hooked up a device (dvd or ?) that needed to be reset for TV viewing. Very courteous staff from time we arrived to our departure.

The room was dated but fine. No issues with cleanliness. The room was VERY noisy. I could hear every footstep above and even the phone alarm of the room next door going off. The outdoor walkway is extremely slick when wet. I slipped but caught myself. I was very worried about my 65 year old mother.

Loved the feel of this motel. The free hot breakfast was a plus & within walking distance of the Titanic Museum. Took a walk in the area by myself the next morning and felt safe doing so. The flags and porches made me feel right at home.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Parked right in front of our door. When we come to Branson this is our first choice for hotel. Accidentally left some clothing in room, they called and are shipping to us, Great overall experience.

This place is advertised as a bed and breakfast. It is certainly not. The front of the building is very inviting, but it is a front for 99 identical sterile Motel 6 type rooms in a long concrete row. It is a Motel. Clean and tidy, but not a B and B. Very deceptive.
