Great place to stay, we even booked an extra evening. The villa was nice and Branson has so many things to do. Even staying an extra day we did not get to do everything we wanted to do. If the kids didn’t have school I would have booked an extra week

Been here multiple times, and this is the worst experience ever. Asked for the room that I typically stay in multiple times, and was told I would have to. When I arrived, was in a different room. Asked to be placed in room asked for, said it wasn't available but would be put in a similar room, which was fine. Just to end up in the exact room I asked for. The room given up on arrival was not suitable for my family. This is why I ask for the same room or one equivalent to it every time I stay. We were also locked out of our rooms before designated check out, and front desk seemed unprofessional when talking to them about anything concerning the room, like I was bothering them.

Everything was clean and good. The only thing was having to wash towels to used them the next day. We were on vacation. Laundry was not on our radar. Also getting extra towels on a closet should be available.

They never answer the phone. The area inside and out of the rooms were outdated and in need of serious renovations. The bombardment of buying a timeshare is overwhelming. Especially when you need your room key after checking in and you just want to rest. But you need to hear the sales pitch before they give you your room keys. Way too many buildings. Property is so confusing to navigate. Laundry services were bad. Broken machines.

The room was very nice with 2 bedrooms,2 full baths, a kitchen and a pull out sofa in the living room area. It also had a nice deck with table and chairs. There were multiple indoor and outdoor pools to choose from on property. The pools were all open until 10pm.There was a gaming room with a snack bar, pool tables and electronic games. They even had a male your own stuffed animal and decorate your own hat room. You'd just buy the stuffie or the hat and they had decorations to choose from. The staff was really friendly. The 4pm check in with 10am check out was a bit odd but other than that we had a great stay!
