It was nice, kind of awkward lay out. Restaurant on site was not available unless there were enough guests. Closed early, and not available for breakfast. It looked like it had been painted recently and the vending and ice machine on our floor (4th/main) was not in working order. It worked for sleeping, the hot tub was over chlorinated and not warm. Nice, but could have been better.

the lakeside deck balcony was scary because some of the lower railings had been replaced with chicken wire. The view however was very nice. The hotel is very centralized and close to lots of area attractions. Access to the hotel was easy. Will definitely consider going back.

Hotel was very run down. Room we were in was terrible other then the lake view. bathroom counter in room was barely hanging on the wall. Bathroom door was falling apart. Only one elevator was working. The in hotel restaurant was terrible. Worst selection of food choices i have ever seen. Service was very slow. The only positive i can and will say is the staff for the hotel was very pleasant and helpful. Other then that i wont be staying there again.

Employees were great, one of the beds had blood, i think, on the sheet, had to order new sheets. Looks like it need a remodel of the hotel, but it has good bones. Restaurant was good, service was excellent.

We had an issue regarding cleanliness of the bathroom when we got there but it was quickly resolved. Everyone is right, the place needs a facelift. The whole staff were awesome. They all truly there to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. So rare these days. The owner should be proud of them all. We will go again. Just hope the facelift has been done. Thank you to all of the staff.

Thank you for the lovely review! It's true we have a wonderful staff who feel more like friends and family than just people with name tags who stand behind a desk. The owner is very proud of the staff here and is actually planning a party for all of them soon :) We are in the process of a facelift but it will take some time. Step by step but we will get there :)

Beauty scenery but the hotel is run down. The elevator was sketchy and did not even stop at the third floor. The maid never came and cleaned our room and our room was not ready on time when we arrived.

The property is conveniently located, but it is run down. The one elevator was not working. The upolstery was frayed. The shower was moldy. There was a plastic screw in the sheets. There was a bad smell in the halls.
