Hotel room is very clean and very nice. Beds were very comfortable. My only issue was the tall way or dark and the carpet is stained other than that I had no issues.

It was difficult to sleep and rest due to the noise, stadium-style spotlights shining directly into the bedroom window, and seeing so many people handling the breakfast food was very unpleasant. The breakfast items were of very poor quality.

The beds and pillows were terrible, even our 12 year old struggled with sleeping. We couldn't wait to go home to get some sleep. The hotel was dirty, run down and needs a lot of TLC. We personally wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The refrigerator was broken and buzzing for the whole stay. The staff were not as not as last year’s staff. The pool and hot tub times were changed from midnight to 10:00 which was very frustrating and no one told us at check in the time had changed. Our room had a coffee filter with used coffee from that morning still in the coffee maker. This year the stay was not as good as last years. It could have been a cleaner room the curtains had mold stains from years of having them. There is a musky smell from the first floor up to the second floor throughout the halls needed a better cleaning. As well as soft spots that are fall risk for 8 months pregnant woman like me I almost fell multiple times. The spots are towards the right towards our room multiple spots under the carpet of soft spots that felt like some of the floor was breaking down and I tripped multiple times. definite needs to be up-kept beautiful place but their letting it go to crap.

I have to give the front desk staff a compliment. They were very welcoming and polite. The rooms are ok. We had a king bed that was extremely hard. There were 4 pillows but they were very small and very uncomfortable. The TV is very small and lacking. Some parts of the room were very outdated with the in room heater being one of them. We looked up in bed and seen where an old fire alarm used to be with exposed wires that were at least capped off. Then we did manage to kill a small bug in the bathroom. We also noticed the shower sounded like you were going to fall through the floor with every step. With the peeling ceiling in the shower as well. The best part of our stay was the breakfast. Very limited seating and sign on door urges you to keep your breakfast under 30 minutes. We did keep it under 30 minutes but we could here the breakfast staff complaining that they were not getting any tips and joking about how they were going to stretch the dollar that they did get. Nobody was tipping them because the dining room heard everything including us. Also it was extremely cold in the dining room. We ate with our stocking caps and winter coats on. For the most part everything was clean, depending on your definition of clean. But i cannot recommend staying here, and i will seek a different place next time.
