We booked the King Jacuzzi room for 3 nights. Jacuzzi was dirty and nasty stuff was coming out of jets and there was a crack in the floor of the tub. We reported to the night person and he said to check with the morning staff which we did. Robert said basically he could not move us as no rooms available but would have housekeeper and maintenance take care of it which was not done on day 2. Reported again and on day 3 housekeeper came in made bed traded towels but I still could see scum in the jets. Customer service lacked friendliness. Carpets in main halls were dirty and stained. The bed was comfortable but no couch or chair except table chair to sit and watch TV. Food was ok for breakfast but some healthy options like fresh fruit or some sugar free options on jam.

The toilet and tub/shower were the worst of any hotel that I have stayed in. As you walk in the room, the sink and mirror are on your left. On the right side of the entrance is the toilet area. The walking space in it was 2 1/2 feet by about 3 ft. Sitting on the toilet, you have the tub for an armrest if you wanted. God forbid, if you shut the door and somehow managed to fall, there would be no way for the door to be opened, to help you. We heard many complaints from others about the bathroom. The beds were actually comfortable. The room smelled musty. I would not recommend this motel to anyone.

Very noisy. Room above us people running back and forth stomping. I called front desk and they did nothing about it. Breakfast was average and very very crowded. Dining room was not large enough. Washing machine was going ALL night long. Beds were very very hard and very uncomfortable. Bathroom was very very small. I’ll never stay at this property again.

Had a few small difficulties...upon checking in, we went to our room and found it was already occupied. Given a new room. Problem solved. Later, while removing my device from the bedside table's drawer, discovered a live cochroach. Bleh. Beds were nice. Room size was fine. Bathroom extreemly small. I have stayed here before in a different building where the bathrooms were normal sized, which is to say big enough to close door without having to move between toilet and tub, and having the sink counter fit inside the bathroom.
