We stayed in the 2nd building and to our delight breakfast was available there too so we didn’t have yo go to the main building. Breakfast was good, good variety of items. One day breakfast was 10-15 minutes late so 645a instead of 630a but we are early risers and most people probably wouldn’t notice. It wasn’t a big deal though. Water was nice and hot for showers, in room microwave, fridge and coffee maker all worked fine. Room was very clean and the affordable price made it even better!

Our room was great, we had the hot tub in the room. Nice to relax privately. The check in desk mentioned how quite the room are, and they were correct! Did not hear neighbors. Hotel was clean all the way around. Breakfast buffet was ok.

We arrived and finally checked in after a young lady took 45 minutes to find my reservation. During the night , my wife became very ill, thus we decided to abort our trip and return home. Thus we needed to cancel the second night reservation. The hotel was unable to find the reservation, thus we were told to call Expedia. Many phone calls later we spoke with a correspondent who also could not find a reservation, therefore we feel frustrated with this situation. Any recourse from your end of this agreement?

The staff was exceptional however if I can express one of the most obvious things about the hotel is the out dated look. The rooms and overall look need to be updated. The suite was very spacious but could really enhance the stay if it was updated.

Rooms are nice and clean, the hotel breakfast is like at any other hotel. Cleaner than some of the other hotels in Branson. Only downside is that pool was closed by time we got there and didn’t open until later in the morning so we didn’t get to us.

Check in and out was easy. Did enjoy the 11am Checkout time. Very courteous staff. Pool and hot tub were nice. Room was very clean and comfy. Breakfast was slim pickings and items that ran out were not restocked. Would stay here again.
