Wonderful property. We had a penthouse unit. Wonderful, high ceilings. Nice view. Everything was clean and comfortable.

For the first time things seemed run down. 1st unit air did not work. Finally moved us..2nd unit toilet ran all night long and shower sprayed water all directions. Carpet in bad need of stretching. Not our usual great stay.

They were short handed and the rooms were not ready for several guest. No paper towels in the room. Our room was supposed to have a river view and was blocked by other rooms. Overall the stay was pleasant.

Our condo was spacious. Our bedroom had a jacuzzi tub. The bed was so comfortable. The amenities were easily accessible. We were close to all the excitement. We will definitely be back!

We had no WiFi for three days and needed it for our work. Room was clean but outdated. We will find another location next time. Located just off the Main Street. Restaurants nearby are limited.

It’s a trap
It’s a trap. Signed up through hotels.com and check went ok until I had to go get my parking pass. Then the arm twisting to take a tour so this place can become like hotels.com began. They were relentless. Be prepared to say NO frequently and very loudly. Unit was nice but will not visit again because of the arm twisting.

This was an overall all awesome stay! The resort was in a residential neighborhood, so there wasn’t a direct route to the office. This was odd, but not a big deal. The room was dated, but clean and safe! We didn’t take advantage of the amenities (pool, grounds). The room was very clean. We even rearranged some furniture for our stay and the floor was even vacuumed under the furniture! We had the smallest unit, but was the perfect space for our family and needs. My biggest complaint is that this property is now owned by a larger vacation network. To my surprise, when i checked in, before I could get a parking pass for the grounds, I was required to sit through a high pressure sales pitch. I didn’t have time (we were there for business) and wasn’t expecting it. I didn’t book my room with string attached and I thought this was a major turnoff for this property. Other than the surprise at check-in, it was a great stay!

Love having luggage carts and elevators. Easy to get to room, very well lit outside, and always felt safe. . Room clean,So comfortable, and just made our Sisters Christmas Trip even more fun. Lady at checkin was welcoming and fun. Love having the kitchen. We made stew and cornbread to enjoy after the beautiful Christmas parade. So close to shopping, shows, and restaurants. Looking forward to our Spring trip. Thanks to the staff for doing a wonderful job👏👏👏

Short Stay
The room was nice and for the most part comfortable for the two nights. The place was clean, but the bathtub was not inviting. It may have been clean but didn’t have that appearance because it was stained. The mugs in the kitchen were stained also and both were a turn off. Otherwise, everything else was good.

Nice older condo. Very comfortable mattress and bedding. Older kitchen appliances and furnishings. Needs deep cleaning on baseboards, ac intake and output vents, ceiling fans and tile floors. I coughed and sneezed a lot when in condo. Elevator worked well. Nice balcony. Not many tv channels. Close to theatres and restaurants. Parking lot was dark. Had to go to another location to check in after 6:00pm.

Property was well maintained and clean. Don’t trust google directions they lead to a unit not sign in. They will try to sell you a timeshare but they are not super pushy about it. Property is roomy and has a nice kitchen. Balcony has a nice view. Check out is easy. Only knock is the shower is tiny. Stayed 5 days would recommend and return

Easy check-in, clean and quiet. I had 2 teenage boys with me and the game room and pools were nice to keep them occupied. The property is close to everything. The only real con was having to deal with “concierge” to get our parking pass. They try real hard to sell you a timeshare. An observation not really a complaint- there were only 2 dinner plates in our unit and 4 of us. I had paper plates with us but ran out on our last night. And the dryer had to be run twice to dry the clothes, the washer is really small so they were tiny loads. That being said, I would book with them again.

The room was very clean and nice. We loved the area very close to the strip. The only thing we didn’t like was we had to go to a different location to get our key and our parking pass because it was after 7:00 pm and when we were getting our parking pass there was a guy trying to sell us a time share and discount tickets if we went to see the time share property. Not cool at all! We were tired and ready to get in our room. We said no to everything and he gave us our pass but it was very tacky that they would make us listen to him just to get our parking pass.
