The hotel is very nice. Staff are friendly. Room was very great. I never had an opportunity to swim at the resort, but I hope I will in the future. Breakfast buffet was great except bread pudding (sorry!).

this is a nice hotel. my room was clean but the decor and carpeting was very old, mustard yellow colors on the walls and flooring. maybe from the early seventies? our room was on the first floor, more accurately a walk-out basement, across from the industrial laundry room and maintenance supply room. the workers started at 8 am, and were talking loudly and banging carts in the hallway. No chance to sleep in there! I did enjoy their pool splashatorium, it looked very new, clean , and well maintained. 2 hot tubs were very comfortable. but beware, all they want to do is sell you a time share DEEAL..........

Needs an update

Hotel room itself was not bad at all. The restaurant and pool area are in desperate need of an update and repair. Hot tub was broken and there was too little staff working the grounds. We'll go back, but the the place needs a little TLC.

Nice Hotel, with water park.

It was a nice place but, they didn't clean our room until I said something at 5 pm. And the plugs barely worked so we unplugged the clock to charge our phones. Small room for the price. Very friendly staff. We weren't in our room much but when we were we felt cramped. 2 adults and 2 kids in a 2 queen deluxe was to crowded.

Probably will not stay here again.

It was an ok stay, but for me there was too much alcohol allowed at the pool area, think that should be reserved for the guest rooms. For the price you pay to stay I think it would be nice to have a continental breakfast included plus have the activities included in the price instead of charging an extra fee.

Place to take grandkids!

Pros: Clubhouse with ping pong and pool table - beautiful place. Kids loved the Splashatorium!
Cons: Not sure it can be improved, but walk to restaurant was a little far for my husband (who is 73 and has bad knees). A microwave in room would be nice.
Location: Little drive to most things but beautiful surroundings and quiet.
Our grandkids, ages 13 and 10, absolutely loved the Splashatorium! They thought the putt putt was lame. Beds were comfortable but rooms are small. Had dinner and breakfast at resort restaurant - both were really good. Beautiful place.

Housekeeping never cleaned our room or anything.

Housekeeping never cleaned room. People were not that friendly or helpful. They sat free WiFi but when you get summary under door they charge you $80 for internet service. Where you play pool and ping pong has no air. So hot. Not worth the money I paid

Great fun for kids!

Cons: Kids activities that weren't free should have been a little bit cheaper. Also, we arrived late after a 10 hour drive and there was no room service.
Location: Close to almost all big attractions...Dixieland Stampede, Wild World, Promised Land Zoo, and Fritz's Adventure.
The hotel was very clean and an excellent value. Our 2 girls loved playing out back of the resort (it snowed quite heavily while we were there) and there was a large expanse of snow covered hills to play on! They also loved the indoor/outdoor pool. For some reason, they quite enjoyed playing in the heated outdoor pool area when the wind chill was on 26 degrees. The pool was very warm, even for someone that hates cold water like I do! There were several kid friendly activities offered the days we were there, but don't know if that was all the time, or only during spring break.
