Nice for Columbia

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet
Seems like one of the nicer hotels in town. Restaurants on site. Easy parking. Across the street from a mall and right on the main road. Older hotel, but maintenance is good.

Had a little-league baseball convention at same time - so was really crazy and breakfast was all gone :(

Horrible

We booked this room to attend the engagement party of our niece. The party began at 5:30 and check in was at 4:00. Since we had driven 5 hours to get here we were counting on getting ready in our room. We attempted to check in at 4:00 and were told that the room was not ready and would not be ready for about a half hour. We attempted to check in at 4:30 and were told that the room would not be ready for 45 more minutes. Management was informed and they said that they would put extra personnel on it. at 6:05 we were finally able to check into our room. We were obviously late for the engagement party and we were given no apologies or compensation for our troubles. We had three children with us who we had to try to entertain in the lobby and the car while we waited for over two hours. Once we got the room it was dirty and run down. A total disappointment.

Very Satisfied

Stayed at this hotel on business and was very satisfied with the overall hotel and their service. They were able to upgrade me because of my Platinum Priority Club and the room was great. There was a 42" Plasma TV, a concierge lounge, and the largest fitness center that I have ever seen. We ate in Churchill's and was blown away by their table side service and excellent food. I would recommend this hotel to everyone of my business partners. They know how to treat you.
