Everyone was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and it was quiet. The only thing was that the beds were hard as rocks. My son started in bed and ended up sleeping on the floor.

The staff was friendly and service was pleasing the rooms were clean the pool was warm the pool area was picked up I would have liked to have softer towels in the pool area

Property was strategically located for our need, close to restaurants and shopping, easily accessible to major traffic patterns. The property, while economically acceptable, could use a little TLC...commode lid was very loose and unstable (I repaired it myself). Evidently, sometime in the past, new headboards had been installed, but the unpainted areas exposed from previous headboards had not been painted to match.

Like-Location Dislike-Staff was untrained, room was not cleaned/ready when we checked in, alternate room had a broken sofa bed and heavily stained, sheets for sofa bed were in a torn open plastic bag with october date, carpet and walls were heavily stained, TV was set to pornagraphic channel so my children were exposed to lewd acts while we struggled to turn it off, could not change rooms due to unavailability or change hotels with travelocity. 1st Time to use travelocity, never again.
