Don’t recommend

Not good. Food crumbs in the floor, on the door lock, in the pull out bed, the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. Was not clean at all.

This hotel was an amazing experience. The room and hotel were very clean and modern. The staff was friendly. And the breakfast, which we usually pass on with other hotel chains, was very good! Especially the ham and cheese croissant. Will definitely stay again.

Very clean and affordable

Overall my family had a good experience. The power was shut off to the building without prior notice and my 12 yr old daughter was stuck in the elevator until the power came back on. Breakfast could have been better if it was kept stocked and had quicker refills. Left hungry every morning because we got tired of waiting.

Check in was easy and fast. When we got to our room it was very spacious and clean. The king size bed mattress is on its last leg. Bumpy and somewhat uncomfortable. The smoke detector in one bedroom was dangling from the ceiling not fully attached as it should have been. The exhaust fan was very dirty and dust was collecting all around it on the ceiling. The shower doors would not stay closed causing major water issues on the tiled floor. We asked for every other day house keeping and did not receive any. The tv advertised free coffee 24/7 in the lobby. When we went for a cup the only option was some hot cider. Breakfast was ok, they had a hard time keeping things full I guess due to the hotel being pretty full. Coffee and creamer were both empty when we tried to get some. Overall it was quiet and seemed to be in a good area but for the money we spent for 3 nights I probably wouldn’t stay there again.
