I have stayed at this property in the past and still enjoy staying here. The rooms are always clean, and the property is quiet. I love the updates they are making to the room and the grounds. There needs to be an updated to Expedia as the pool has been filled in, and there is no longer a hot tub.

When we got there, we didn’t know they were remodeling. There was no mention on the website that they had filled in the pool and the hot tub. When we got into our room later that evening, we had no hot water. We called the front desk and they told us they would get Maintenance to come by but it would be the next day so we couldn’t shower that night. I called the next day because we were at Silverdollar city and they said that Maintenance hadn’t been by yet. So again, we had no hot water, but they offered to move us to another room. When we moved to the other room, the smell of smoke was so bad in this room that nobody could sleep. We stayed at this location many times, but I was very very disappointed this time.

If you decide to stay at this property, make sure you can get a renovated room. The other rooms that are not renovated are disgusting. When I got to my room, the floor had dirt all over it. A very nice lady came and cleaned it up. The room was very nice after that, except that the remote control did not work unless you were right at the TV and then not all the controls worked. Having a kitchen was really nice and the bathroom was really nice. The bed was comfortable and the pillows equally so. It was difficult for people to find me because I was on the back of a building And it was a bit inconvenient. I think for the price the renovated rooms are worth it.

The unit was big, but on checking in we found a false eyelash, a partial marijuana cigarette and mouse droppings on top of the refrigerator, broken couch and bed too. Ok for the cost. Need to clean units better.

Sandy, the property manager is wonderful, very accommodating. Property is being renovated. I got lucky and got one of the newly renovated rooms. Full kitchen, great lighting. Close to dining and shopping as the mall is just across the street

I didn't want to review this great space
Truly a great space with lots of potential! Beds definitely need to be replaced! Love the wood burning fireplace! Love the ice maker in the full sized refrigerator and spacious kitchen. Big bathroom with right height toilet was great. Roaches were a bigger problem! We were reimbursed for the roach spray. I'd love to stay again after the remodeling.

Affordable, pleasant staff. Part of the property is being remodeled... Convenient to medical mile, shopping, south springfield in general. Fireplace, patio, simple chalet appearance. Have stayed there before, and probably will again. Having a full kitchen and sofa makes it a nice space to come back and crash in the afternoon or evening while in town.
