The room was nice. Plenty of amenities. I felt bad for arguing with the horrible friend i had but she was removed and all was quiet. I got my $100 deposit back the next day as promised. Due to my unpleasant friend, it was a bad experience but a good hotel overall. I did not like the fact that they do not rent rooms to local residents altho they allowed it cuz i booked on travelocity and the app DID NOT state the policy change.

The location is convenient to Springfield and the interstate. The hotel was remodeled last year when it became a Red Roof and has a modern feel to the rooms. The included breakfast is decent, with hot waffles and sausage gravy/biscuits. The property offers a good value.

The staff are super nice. Breakfast is very poor. Although non-smoking room and place ,the whole place smells and smells like smoke. Very old rooms. Stains on sheet, broken tile in bathroom and bathroom very small. Hallways were super padded. This hurt our image of Red Roof very much
