The toilet did not work at all. The TV did not work. When I attempted to call the desk to let them know the phone did not work at all. After going down in person and complaining 20 minutes later, I was moved to a different room. The beds were horrible. And a couple was fighting all night long. We could hear them arguing until about 2:30 in the morning. Our stay was a nightmare.

Room was very clean and warm. Roberta at the front desk was exceptional. Just a few annoyances we would rather not have encountered after a long car ride. Bathroom doorknob off. Toothpaste smeared on the hair dryer. Tv remote kinda gross.

The room was clean adequate for the price. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was traveling with a pet. The amenities were poor no soap, one towel and it may have been a washcloth.
