Air conditioning was barely tolerable. The room would not cool down and it ran the whole time. We were there during our two days stay. We told the front desk and maintenance said that was cold as it would get. Was very disappointing.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, beds were comfortable, laundry available but no soap or products available. Nice pools both indoor and outdoor however both were very dirty and cloudy you could not see the bottom of the pool nor could you see the steps kids lost their toys even due to the cloudiness besides the dirty pool everything else was great

The hotel was close to a few places to eat and a convenience store. The location was a plus. The price for the room was a little over the top. In addition, our conjoining rooms did not conjoin. My husband had to split up for safety inorder to be in our two rooms with our 5 children. We have gone to other hotels and had much bigger rooms that could accommodate all of my family.

It was a great trip and the hotel was good for the most part. The hotel was going to charge us for parking but I talked to the manager about that and he took that off the bill. They also don't take cash so if you only have cash they want you to use a credit or debit card.

Hotel was good, but had some serious issues. 1 - no towels at all in the room. (We had to go to the desk to get some because phone was not working). 2 - Most frustrating. The hideaway bed (sofa bed) that was advertised as part of this room, had no bedding at all available. Went to front desk, but was told that there was none available. My 18yr old son slept the first night with no sheets, pillows, or blankets. I am frustrated that I did not receive what was promised for the price I paid. Especially since Springfield has lots of options. Thanks for listening, Ron & Amy Barker

Always a pleasure staying here.

This is my second stay here & enjoy the layout of this hotel. Rooms are clean & we feel safe with the openness of floors. The only thing I would like changed are the pillows- the small pillows are not very comfortable.
