When booking this hotel, we did not know that people actually lived in the hotel. We stood at the window for 20 min before someone came and helped us. Staff “didn’t start work” until 10:30 on weekends. We got a “complimentary” upgrade from 2 doubles to a full and a pull out couch. That’s not an upgrade when we needed the extra bed. We sid not have extra linens for our child that had to sleep on the couch.

Beds are a joke, outside areas stink, people live there with ankle bracelets, there one day, police there twice. Just don’t!

The Room had a bad smell to it. It was like there was no insulation in the walls or ceiling because you could hear everything going on in the rooms above you and beside your almost as if the other people were in the same room. So it was noisy. It said they had free WiFi but we couldn’t get signed on. Shower had so much pressure it was like getting sand blasted. Only 2 towels no shampoo or soap. No phone book or anyway to look for restaurants. No curtains on the window just a mini blind that didn’t block out any light. Didn’t get much sleep do to noise and light coming in the window.

extended stay without necessities

Pros: room seemed to be clean
Cons: window coverings
Location: location OK but a little way out of the center of town
This is an extended stay hotel with refrigerator, cook top and microwave. No coffee pot! No Dishes! No Utensils! They will sell you these items but who needs them at the end of their stay? Also, the window had only mini blinds on them that did little to cut out the bright outside lights. Makes sleeping difficult. I checked out after only two days and was told I would get a refund in 3 to 5 days. I had to contact the hotel twice and go in person to get the refund that they promised when I left. Had I had the choice I would have not stayed the first night.
