Mar 16, 2020

It was a great flight. I only look to fly American. Thank You

Mar 14, 2020

Staff was super helpful along my trip!!

Mar 5, 2020

Flights always too expensive. Especially for small space in seating

Feb 12, 2020

My traveling buddy and I were seated together. The leg space appeared roomy enough

Jan 26, 2020

I was not happy that our gate was changed and we were not informed and almost missed our flight.

Jan 26, 2020

Somehow our seats I had picked together, we were separated and it was Hassle to fix it and get new boarding passes. on both ends! First time that has ever happen but waiting for changing was hassle and stressed my husband out! Other than that we enjoyed the flights.

Jan 11, 2020

Always need more leg room!!! The flight from Brussels to DC had a broken TV...seat 25A. Old, worn-out plane interior.

Dec 13, 2019

The attendant that was at the desk at time of check in to board was extremely rude. She informed me that I would have to check my carry on bag. I informed her that I could not do that as I had prescriptions in the bag. She told me to take them out and carry them in my hands. It I told her there were to many to do that. I went ahead and boarded the plane.

  • Security staff will ask to see your boarding pass and travel ID as part of their checks. Keep them in a convenient place, so they're all ready for inspection.
  • Wallets, belts and power banks must be put in a tub for X-raying. If you enter the body scanner with any one of these items, you'll be turned back and instructed to remove them.
  • Laptops and other electronic devices must be placed in separate trays to be X-rayed.
  • When it comes to traveling with liquids or gels, all passengers are allowed a quart-sized clear resealable bag to transport containers no bigger than 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters).
  • Undo your shoelaces in preparation for entering the body scanner. Depending on what type of shoes you've got on, security may ask you to remove them.
  • Pocketknives and corkscrews are not allowed on board the plane. Put them in your checked luggage to avoid forfeiting them at the airport security checkpoint.
