"Beautiful, unique hotel in downtown Springfield, MO. We have stayed here many times for weekend getaways and it’s always wonderful. Everyone at the hotel is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend the on site restaurant/bar at front of hotel and also the rooftop lounge. We will be back soon!!"

"This is our 4th time to stay there within 3 months. We get frustrated because we stay multiple days and even though we put our cleaning sign out our room NEVER gets cleaned. We even had to ask the desk for toilet paper and towels and I told them our room never gets cleaned and they just said sorry. Today I officially complained and they said their hotel policy is to clean only when requested at the front desk. That is posted NOWHERE!!!! Why even bother giving us the do not disturb or makeup room sign then?!? We will stay here agin because it’s the closest hotel to our son who lives on MSU campus but frustrated that it’s hard to get your room clean or fresh towels for a 5-6 day stay!!!!"

"The metal bed frame is a toe jammer. Unfortunate that there is a mid support that is right at the edge of the bed instead of tucked in a bit. The bath tub has a bit of a ring . The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed our stay very much. Relaxing after a day at the ozark farm show. Great location. Next to the Big Bass Pro. I would stay again or tell others."
