Roaches in the room and the room had a bad smell because there is NO HOUSE KEEPING. I had stay before in another Rosen but it wasn’t this way. The people here are not friendly. Very POOR service

"It was a nightmarish stay at Wyndham Resorrs Avanti. They gave me an unclean room recently vacated by some other guest and I had to change it. The other room they gave me had a broken commode (gross) The floor, bathroom, furniture was dirty. The bed was the only clean thing so I could sleep. This property is going to the digs! The staff at the front desk were rude! I would give it zero stars. Only the Starbucks lady was nice to talk with and made me good tea. This is a really bad place!"
