"Had to move rooms 3 Times in 3 days. A shower flooded in the first and the second had the bathroom door so broken that it almost fell on my spouse. Staff was moderately helpful but had to fight to have the hotel make right. Still in progress"

"Overall, the hotel was very good. The pool, common areas, and bar staff were excellent — very attentive and friendly throughout our stay. However, I do believe the hotel could benefit from updating a few important things, especially the TVs, the rooms, and the air conditioning units. The AC makes a lot of noise when turned on, which makes it difficult to rest properly. They are small details, but improving them could make this hotel experience much better."

"This place was amazing although not very family friendly. the roof top bar and the restaurant downstairs is all open to the public so in the afternoon and night theres a lot of party night life traffic here and it makes it hard to find a parking spot or get to your room. Over all it was very nice and will staying here next time !"
