Great location, had free shuttles to the Universal Parks. The staff was very nice and helpful. Only thing was the awful smell on our floor, not sure if it was the humidity. Overall, excellent for the price and provided everything we needed.

The staff was super friendly and informative and went above and beyond to make our stay great! We Would definitely come back to this hotel. Location to the universal parks was perfect and the free shuttle services worked great! Also had a lot of stores and food within walking distance.
