Unwind in the hot tub (always hot), or dive into the refreshing waters of our sleek pool (seasonally warm/not heated). Enjoy the king bed master suite, and three other queen beds. Centrally located, you'll have easy access to everything Simi has to offer, from its charming parks to the renowned Presidential Museum. Our home can be found nestled in a typical, quiet, and safe neighborhood. Enjoy the four spacious bedrooms and two baths on the interior, and the meticulously designed backyard, which provides ample space for relaxation, rejuvenation, and entertainment. From the deck adjacent to the pool, misters can be used to cool things down when things heat up. Two Smart TV's are in the interior, and one exterior Smart TV is available adjacent to the BBQ. Whether you're seeking an escape or an adventure-filled exploration of the area, our home will provide you with a comfortable and joy filled experience.

Per CA law, we have door alarms on all areas that exit to the pool. We require that families with children/babies leave the pool alarms on. Alarm will sound when the door is opened.
A clear identifiable image of yourself is required when a booking occurs as those who host need to know who they are inviting into their homes.

Tuesday, the gardener stops by. Wednesday, the pool cleaner comes by.

Great Property in Perfect Location
Came to town to attend a memorial service. Property looks just as advertised in pictures. Very comfortable. Easy access to freeway but surprisingly little noise. Backyard is great. Came out from a foot of snow and thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi and sitting by the pool in the sunshine. A few more blankets would be nice for some of the bedrooms. Quilt in master was toasty warm. Overall had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful Nice Clean Beautiful in and outside Pool side with hot tub.
The property location is easy to find and is 1 mile away from shopping centers and eateries. The house is beautiful and well maintained. The communication with the owner had a quick response and was always detailed. They provided amenities beyond what you could ask for. The owner was very welcoming to our family. This property layout was perfect for our family. We visit LA twice a year and would definitely book this property again. This property is a home away from home. We enjoyed our Saturday BBQ nice and sunny outside you have you check it out for yourself.
