"The bathroom tile grout was very dirty and hair was sitting on the drain. The tv / satellite was awful. It would lock up during a show and either would not come back on without backing out completely or it would take a long time. The staff changed out the towels, but did not refill the coffee. Very nice staff"

"I would never stay at this hotel again. We had delayed check in because their systems were down (understandable when life happens) but we waited HOURS to get in to our room. After driving on the road for several hours, you want to be able to check in, shower and regroup. They had to manually let us into our rooms and we did not get a room key until later that night so we couldn’t leave because we had no way to get back in. Again, understanding sometimes things are outside of our control, but the staff did not really do anything to accommodate the inconvenience. We were not offered any free snacks or anything and the on-site restaurant was supposed to close for lunch/dinner break at 3 PM but closed significantly earlier than that so we weren’t able to get any food on site. Finally- room was spacious for a quick stay but dirty and many small bugs/flies (i’m going to be nice and say that because we were on the bottom floor and surrounded by trees and greenery that this could’ve contributed to the issue). The bathroom was molded in several areas, the tub was peeling and looked very unkept. Popcorn ceilings. The elevator near our room/floor was broken so we had to go all the way around the property to the other elevator to get upstairs to our relatives. Several times the on-site restaurant was either closed outside of their normal hours or they would run out of food (not a buffet) and you were limited to what you could actually eat. Hotel maintenance/housekeeping were great!"

"Arrival and check in were easy. Although, it appeared someone had been sleeping in the bed we were given at check in. We were immediately assigned to a different room. Bed was new, I think. The frame had narrow metal legs and it squeaked every time we turned in bed. The mattress was ok. Breakfast is cold cereal and oatmeal packages and orange juice. There is a good breakfast/lunch diner across the street. We like the downtown location, but the hotel really needs a good make over."
