"The hotel room was extremely noisy due to its close proximity to the freeway. Throughout the night, constant traffic sounds, loud trucks, and made it nearly impossible to sleep. Even with the windows closed, the noise level was unacceptable for a hotel stay that is supposed to provide rest and comfort. I was repeatedly awakened during the night and did not feel rested at all the next morning"

"Grand Sierra Resort and Casino provided an excellent stay for us. We only stayed one night passing through Reno but it was an enjoyable experience. No self parking fees (valet is also available for a fee). Tons of dining options available, a General Store for anything you may need, the price point of this property was excellent for a large room with an updated stall shower (no tub / shower combo which is always disappointing to see as it screams not updated), refrigerator, coffee maker, blow dryer, and great sizable shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion which is no longer available in many other hotels. The Casino is friendly, clean, and we even won a bit of money! We will be back and wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else when in Reno."

"I was in Reno to attend several days of Graduation exercises, so only used the room to sleep and did not partake of other amenities offered by the resort. Except for having to walk through the burning cigarette stench the first few yards upon entering, the resort was well decorated and seemed in good order. The room we stayed in was immaculate and did not smell like the the lobby at all :) The parking seemed ample and the Uber services had no trouble picking us up out front and delivering us back when we returned. Over all the experience was very pleasant."
