Trash piled and residents could not dump any garbage, maids did nothing to help, residents had to clean their own rooms. Loud and hostile people banging on the walls, no one to complain or care. Lack of accountability. Quick shopping features a filthy ARCO THAT RIPS PEOPLE OFF!

The room exceeded my expectations on cleanliness. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom also super clean. The temp in the room can be adjusted to your liking. The room was quiet.

It was a good stay. I enjoy the full refrigerator in the rooms as well as the microwave and kitchen cabinets. My only complaint is that power outlets NEED to be on BOTH night stands on each side of the bed. Please consider fixing this in the future.

We booked this room because it had a really good rating and wanted to be able to cook a meal for our toddler. When we arrived we were booked in a room that was not to par with the ratings. The shower head was completely busted, the towels had stains and the the window covering wouldn’t go up because the pull cord was broken. I don’t know how they wouldn’t notice the shower if they were actually cleaning the bathroom? When we called the next morning (washed up and went to bed after a 10 hour drive with a toddler) the front desk person said that no one should have been in that room as it was under construction, however since the new owners they are just greedy. I think we got placed into that room because of booking through a 3rd party app.

It is a fairly new hotel, good freeway access, very clean, good price. My sister stayed on 3rd floor on end unit, the room next door you could hear the man snoring thru thin walls. My nephew stayed on second floor and end and was awakened by foot stomping above. so if you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you. Wear ear plugs!
