Loved my stay at the Tropicana, Laughlin, Bullhead City area. The reason the property condition and over all got 4 stars and not 5 is because the bed was worn out, which obviously made it uncomfortable. The rooms could use a major renovation…they look dated and showing a lot of wear and tear.

Rooms need remodeling. Especially bathrooms. Bathroom sink was clogged. Fixed right away but u can tell while unclogging they made a mess. There was black splashes on toilet, walls, doors and sink they didn’t clean. Shower had mildew Hotel smells like smoke so bad my eyes were burning

I had a horrible experience at the bingo game. The lady was rude and embarrassing. She read OUT LOUD personal information from my I.D. and literally ruined my whole trip.

The staff at check in was friendly enough, and answered my questions without issue. The room was disappointing.... there was one chair at the desk that the fabric was flaking off of. The other chair was stained with who knows how many types of fluids and filth. So if you'd like to sit, its on the bed only. The bed was fine, but no blanket just sheets layered. Not a usb outlet in sight. Bathroom was clean, but some of the tiles are loose. Clean bed and clean bathroom, but nothing nice.
