Reserved a non smoking room. Was initially put in a smoking room. Room was dirty and was told no more available rooms till next day. My reservation was made 1 month ahead of arrival. Room was gross..tape on floor at doorway. Tub backed up. Bed smelled like someones ass. Had to go to the front desk the next morning to get a non smoker room because I was put on hold indefinitely. That room smelled better and cleaner. Not impressed for the $ I spent on the room. Think that place in going down hill.

When you have a 2 bed room “ sleeps 4 “ you should have enough water for 4 people. Same with coffee, we had 2 coffee, 2 waters. Also same count for towel, hand towel and wash clothes. One wash clothe for 3 people is not enough. Should leave 4, room sleeps 4. Upgraded for extra charge for fridge, wasn’t cold.

It was nice to be able to stay and be able to walk to other places. There was AC but it was not very strong at all. We went and bought a fan which was a lifesaver! Breakfast next to the Carnegie that is only open after 10pm and till 6am is The BEST!!! Housekeeping only brings more of things when requested. They don't clean daily.

My room on the west wing a delux queen room. It was a very nice and clean room. The 2 ladies at the Diamond patrons area were so nice and helpful. I wasn't a Diamond member, but they helped register us.
