Because we brought our little dog, we were put on the bottom floor. If you have someone in the room above who walks around, you may not be able to sleep. Very thin floors, ceilings and walls. It was also difficult getting up and down the stairs for us senior citizens. This is a very old hotel and is overdue for a major upgrade. Tha staff was wonderful. Security staff very visible made us feel safe. The landscaping is beautiful.

The property was confusing to navigate and no map was provided at check-in. The room was clean, but had lots of wear and tear (water damage, scuffed furniture and walls, etc.) There was no coffee pot in the room and outlets were minimal and inconveniently placed. Staff were great and there were plenty of EV chargers. The pool was well maintained and the property was mostly quiet. Overall, I don't recommend and won't return. I'm not sure why reviews place it in the 9.0 Wonderful range. I review it at a 7.0, questionably decent.

it was hard to get down to the beach area because of all the palm tree leaves on the ground and the over grown bushes. NO coffee pots or trash cans in the rooms. everyone was nice and helpful. We had friends come by to see us and housekeeping found us extra chairs so we could sit outside and visit. Thanks

As an annual visitation to the New Pioneers we felt at home and were pleased to find that our room was just as comfortable as it was last year.

The room wasn’t very clean, we didn’t have an exhaust fan in the bathroom, the tub faucet was bent sideways, no coffee pot or blow dryer. Room could use updating.
