Upon arrival, The Old Pioneer Hotel charged me a mandatory $5 "Admin Fee". When I checked out on Expedia, the total said that it included "all taxes and fees". What a silly way to upset customers as soon as they get to their hotel. I found a hair in the bathtub and other signs of poor cleaning in my room as well.

Wasn’t horrible and wasn’t great. My bed was soft but my sheets were cover in dryer lint. Didn’t notice until the morning. That was a bit concerning but the rest of the room was good. I would stay for the great price. But I hope they maybe clean out the lint in their dryers because someone else might be even more concerned. Not any amenities except for two bottles of water. That was nice. It’s older and the bathroom is very small and the towels look very old and yet fit the atmosphere of the hotel.

Room was clean & to the point. The rates were Great & Cheap, so we knew this was not going to be the Hyatt, but it was perfect for the little amount of time we stayed in it. Bed was comfy, tv had good channels, the Brunch was Awesome, staff friendly, place was exactly what we needed. Thanks so much, we WILL be back soon...
