Room was ready early which was nice. No amenities but there was two bottles of waters which was nice. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom very small and towels really need to be replaced they are not really a towel anymore they seem more like a rag pretty much. The new deposit of $100 is acceptable if they returned it to your bank quicker than a week or more after you check out. Not normal to hold a deposit longer than 25-48 hours at most large hotel. What’s up with that??

Upon arrival, The Old Pioneer Hotel charged me a mandatory $5 "Admin Fee". When I checked out on Expedia, the total said that it included "all taxes and fees". What a silly way to upset customers as soon as they get to their hotel. I found a hair in the bathtub and other signs of poor cleaning in my room as well.
