Found a bug, cricket maybe, on my bed. Then the sink leaked all over the floor. The express check-in wasn’t because after going through the process I had to still stand in line and go up to the desk because the express kiosk was out of room keys. So that didn’t save time at all.

Several of the check-in kiosks were down for several minutes. Once checked in retreated to the room. Despite the room being clean there were several incidents such as a broken curtain, the curtain rod was not attached had to pull the curtain by hand. The bed closest to the window, had makeup stains on the pillow cases and top comforter. The mattress is paper-thin. Stains on the carpet. The nightstand next to the bed had coffee stains left behind and dust or ashes were left under the glass. Hair was still attached to the blow dryer in the bathroom. To be newly renovated towers, unfortunately, you can not tell. I'm happy we only stayed one night. Visiting the casino all the self-made card machines were down. Lines for the rewards desk & food stations were atrocious. Took two hours to get a cocktail & the casino is not even that big

Checked in to a toilet paper holder that i had to build myself. Broken on the counter. No maid service for 4 days, counter under glass hadn't been cleaned in month's. For a properly that advertised a newly renovated tower, they're really using the term loosely.

I have not been to a hotel that knocks on your door at 8:25 am to remind me that check out is at 11:00am. I extended my stay, And the same thing happened at my next check out day. but this time he came at 8:35 and again at 9:45 am, the second time I didn’t answer the door when he knocked so he continued to knock until I answered the door. Also I called the front desk 4 times in 2 1-2 hours because my TV remote didn’t work. The 4th time I had called the front desk told me that none of the TV remotes “Guides’ buttons work . But my remote wouldn’t even turn the TV ON! On my previous trips to this hotel in the morning that I was to check out by 11 AM I was not woken up at 8:30 in the morning by a clerk to remind me that checkout time was 11 and I certainly wasn’t woken up by a knock on the door two times When I extended my stay in fact at any hotel, I’ve never had this happened to me. I’ve never checked out late or after the time you’re supposed to check out it kind of made me feel like they didn’t think I could tell ‘ time’. I’m somewhat hesitant to go back to this hotel again because this isn’t my first Incident at this hotel,
