Don’t stay here

Worst hotel stay I have ever had. Hotel is old and run down, the room was filthy when we arrived, staff is rude and unwilling to help. We asked for housekeeping everyday and they would not come do it. We had to go down multiple times a day or call to get towels because they would not bring them the first time we asked. When we arrived our room was still dirty and had dirty linen on the floor outside the room, the toilet had been used, there was hair I. The shower, toe nail clippings in the floor of the bathroom and trash on the floor in the room, the mini fridge did not work. They would not do anything about it, I had to clean it myself. Also when we arrived the “resort fee” was more than we agreed to pay on hotels. The restaurants were over priced and service was terrible at the cafe. They wanted to charge me for lemons to add to my water! We tried to eat at the pizza place 30 minutes before they closed. Plenty of time to make us a pizza and us get it to go. But nope they refused to make a pizza because they were closing soon. Ridiculous, they just didn’t want to make anything else. So we had to pay more to stay at this awful excuse for a hotel. I will never stay here or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was not an updated room, I paid for an updated room. The Mexican restaurant was horrible and very limited menu. Bought a cinnamon roll from Cinnabon and it was hard and cold. This was the worst place I have stayed in the last year. I stay in Laughlin once a month and the was by far my worst stay

The room was supposed to have been renovated, no pictures on the wall. The bathroom vent was very dusty & dirty, sand was in the shower. The bedsheets were on the rough side. This was supposed to have been river view room when the room faced the parking lot and river view was way off to the right . The casino itself was nice but not the room.

Despite the room being clean there were several incidents such as a broken curtain, the curtain rod was not attached had to pull the curtain by hand. The bed closest to the window, had makeup stains on the pillow cases and top comforter. The mattress is paper-thin. Stains on the carpet. The nightstand next to the bed had coffee stains left behind and dust or ashes were left under the glass. Hair was still attached to the blow dryer in the bathroom. To be newly renovated towers, unfortunately, you can not tell. I'm happy we only stayed one night. Visiting the casino all the self-made card machines were down. Lines for the rewards desk & food stations were atrocious. Took two hours to get a cocktail & the casino is not even that big
