Old dated property with antiquated plumbing (standing drain water ankle deep while showering). Wrinkled, bulging carpeting on the 4th floor main hallway. Large Marked up “casino” pricing for restaurants, fast food, ice cream, sundries, Starbucks, etc. Tiny old TV inside a credenza with missing door. A “virtual” assistant will text you asking if you need help; even after saying yes, nothing was fixed with the room. Don’t call front desk because they won’t answer. Internet slow and sketchy; got disconnected so many times that you’re better doing a “hot spot” with your cell phone.

Great view, everything we did was close by walking distance to rent jet ski. Great food inside.

The room could of been better equipped with pillows. For a King size bed we had 3 small pillows not even standard size pillows.

The hallway to the room is nice. Fresh and nice air. Not like other hotels I been to before for warm not enough air and stuffy

Staff very nice and helpful. We were able to check in early. We even decided to stay an extra night and keep the room we were in. Room was clean and we had a great view of the Colorado River. Only down part of our room was not enough outlets for charging cell phones and other devices.

Hotel is located right on the river, beautiful views and a beach to relax on. Perfect location. Overall it was an excellent stay, the only negative was the front desk staff, very unfriendly
