We've stayed here before and it has always been very enjoyable. This time our first room smelled like wet dog, only a couple jet in the hot tub worked and the lawn was so tall I had difficulty finding my dogs poop. That said the staff was more than accommodating and the breakfast never disappoints. We will stay there again. 🙂

This property needs some repairs. It's beautiful from the outside and looks really nice when you pull in. But the spa was shut down (repairs) and the pool was cold, the wifi wasn't working, and the tv in my room was broken. I also noticed the ice machine in the hallway that was out of order and I used the side exit door one morning and noticed it was not hinged correctly and broken as well. I don't think it locked either which could be a safety concern? My first room was ok, but the bed frame covering was torn up like a dog had chewed on it and the TV would black out when turned on. I did request another room, and the staff was very pleasant to talk to and gave me a new room for the remainder of my stay. I give this hotel overall a rating of 3 stars and feel it is overpriced for what it offers. Hopefully some things are repaired soon. I would like to commend the staff as they were all friendly and helpful! Thank you,

The room smelled "damp" and the sheets were super "rough". For $300.00 bucks, when there are other comparables that are less expensive, my expectations were high. Fell WELL below .. but then again, its Elko.
