We love the Virgin River , our family has enjoyed this property for at least 40 years. It’s very clean , safe, reliable and the price is always great. However , your registration staff could use some training in smiling and making a courteous greeting to the clients. And a proper thank you for our patronage.

Well they definitely need to update the rooms plus we stayed two nights and the maid tried to come in the room at 7 thank goodness we were up and dressed before she just walked in. The room was clean but that’s the only positive thing. The price was fair for what it was . Over glorified motel 6.

Nice pool area, beds are sub par, towels are thread bare, no shampoo or conditioner, no refrigerator, no coffee pot. Definitely not awesome. Front desk, check in was sub par, not helpful.

My sheet had a hole in it. I wish the covers were a little thicker. Overall it’s comfortable and a good place If you just want to stay overnight or two without paying a fortune, very basic.

Cheap price but even with cheap price did not meet my expectations. Shower faucet leaked at joint. Wall showed signs this was not a new issue. Only two bath towels for 3 adults and two thin pillows per bed. Would not stay here again and can’t recommend.
