Room was outdated and had a bad odor to it. Walls were thin and we could hear every footstep from the outside walkway. They had music for the employees bright and early in the morning not respecting the guests who paid to stay there. The toilet was wobbly and the bathroom stunk. We were told the elevator didn’t work but it was being used by the cleaning staff. We will not be staying there again!

Seemed like no one that worked there wanted to be there or have anyone else there. The room was not very clean the carpet was coming off the wall by the bed closest to the bathroom. Went to the buffet in the morning they wouldn’t sell us breakfast due to the servers being overwhelmed. There was 6 or max 8 tables they sold 2 groups a head of us 1 was a 2 people the second was 4. Finally they sat us and we didn’t get refills for our drinks. The servers only get the drinks. Then later that night we went to the cafe took over 45 minutes for nachos and fries. I was like okay maybe an off day right for up the day went to the cafe 25 min wait to be seated sat for 20 min no one came to serve us and we left. Went across the street to eureka and they helped us right away. It was weird they asked us if we are with a tournament and we said yes had to fill out an additional form saying we wouldn’t do this or that which was common sense. But it gave the impression they really don’t want family’s staying with them ontop of everything else. My family has always stayed with them and have never been a problem. Talked to other family’s and they had very similar experiences. Also we had 4 in the room and got charged for additional person.

Very no-frills. We stopped here because it is dog friendly with a fenced in park area - though it seems like no one picks up after their dogs, both in the park and all around the building. It was inexpensive and that’s how it felt. Fine for a place to crash for the night.
