The room was clean and beautiful . The complaint I have is we reserved 2 Queen beds and they ran out and gave us 1 King. We had 3 people with us so I didn’t like the fact that if we reset two beds why not give us that. Another thing was our keys, we got 2 keys and only one worked the first day and non worked the second day. Few inconveniences but room was great .

We got a charge on our credit card after we checked out. When we would call to get an itemized statement, they would put us on hold or just hang up or say they will email it and never did. We finally talked to a GM who agreed to refund the charge but wouldn't explain what the charge was for. Still waiting for refund 5 days after checking out.

It’s quite a walk from the front desk to the rooms. It was a comfortable overnight stay I noticed there was lots of features that were offered to guests like an indoor playroom for kids, a video room and arcade room.

This is a newer property. The breakfast buffet provided was better than most. Restaurant dinner options were not great, seemed like frozen food. Overall a decent stay.

Hotel was under construction, some of the rooms were a little warm and the air conditioning unit was extremely loud when the fan kicked on, especially at night.
