We found a pill in our room and told the front desk when we checked out and she didnt really care. I am concerned about cleanliness with your hotel now. I see you were happy to still charge me and not care about the questionable pill i found in my room. I will be thinking about a different hotel in the area next time.

We had a late night check-in and we found our room to be dirty. There was trash by the bed and hairs left in the bathroom sink. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and even though it’s an older hotel I’ve always arrived to a freshly cleaned room.

Manager addressed my concern

The check-in didn’t go well as the hotel was over-booked and they couldn’t assign me a room but two managers helped me out to not feel unattended and I felt they are really willing to address my concern. Special thanks to Assistant hotel manager (M. W.) and Senior Manager of Hotel Operations (R. J.) to hear me and tried their best to accommodate. Room is clean and well-located. I will definitely go back.

Beds could be more comfy

Room was clean if not dated. Shower had strong water pressure and almost instant hot water. Only complaint is that the beds weren’t as soft as they could be. Ample pillows, room service provided us with more towels upon request. Check in/out was seamless.
