Everything has been great except the check in at 4:15 was crazy. Probably 50 people in several small groups waiting and two people working the desk. I thought I would be there for hours. Finally after about 30 minutes, they brought 3 or 4 more to check in and it went smoothly. But, people do t want to start their trip in line. Especially when it seems like you will be there a long time.

Trying to get checked in and to the room is ridiculous, you have to use bell hop to get luggage up they don’t give you a cart, it’s just a very busy place

Rooms were refreshed and nice! While the hallways and elevator areas could use the same refresh, I am not sleeping there so no worry! Buffet had mass produced food but a value. Other restaurants had good food - soup was never hot, just warm. I know what not to get next time! Good value for the money.
