The casino was quiet and the restaurant that we used was nice. The staff was very nice. Our room was another story. I found someone else's dental floss on the bathroom floor, as well as someone else's hair on the floor and in the shower. The sink drain had a strange but mild stench. Our room was placed right next to the elevator, and we heard the elevator all the time that we were in the room.

First of all we bought a room at wendover nugget casino for one night. A Thursday night. Checking in was smooth no problems finding room. The elevators are super sketchy. A bit shaky. Got to room and proceeded to the casino at this hotel. Come to find out they wanted $25 for two well drinks. This is Wendover Utah I thought. Not Las Vegas I declined and went back to gambling. A waiter came buy and offered a free drink. I was perplexed. Anyhow....the house took us but our spirit is still alive. Great job and thanks for that special night I was hoping for

staff was really good. room was clean but the chairs were stained. it only was putting out heat staff was great they had it fixed within 15 minutes after calling bathtub looked dirty. but the starbucks was awesome.

First, we arrived 30 min after check-in and were told the rooms were not ready yet, then she proceeded with check-in and the housekeeper said it was ready now. We got to the room and the room was not clean it was still not cleaned by the housekeeper from the previous stay. So then we go get a new key and room and they knock 30 bucks off stay. The next room we went to was clean but, no working hot water no working air conditioner holes in the wall that they decided not to patch and paint and only 1 working light, it was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in.

When we first arrived, they put us in a bum room where the bed had been turned around sideways away from the window and the television, and no lighting so I was like no this is not what I want. This is not what I paid, for. I went to the desk, and they moved us to a better room, so that was OK after that but there’s no coffee or a refrigerator in the rooms so if you have leftovers from your meal or you want coffee when you wake up in the morning you’re out of luck and no room service so that it could be brought to you so I was very disappointed in this hotel.

The Nugget is well-worn, but functional. Everything is about what you'd expect for a casino in a NV border town. I'd say the room was priced about double what would be fair. My room smelled like someone had given themself a perm and poured the chemicals down the sink drain.

we stayed in the towers rooms were dated carpet in the hallway was ripped and torn wallpaper coming off walls holes in the walls ice machine did not work curtains in the room were torn black out curtains had holes in them place REALLY NEEDS A MAKEOVER beds were comfortable and the room was clean other than the carpet had a couple of large stains that were very visible
